Who develops Permalink Manager?

Permalink Manager is developed and maintained by Maciej Bis, an independent solo WordPress developer. He has been building WordPress plugins and custom themes since 2010, with prior professional experience as a PHP developer.

The first public version of the plugin was released on January 9, 2016, followed by the first stable version in March 2017.
