Anyone who requests a refund within the first 30 days after making a purchase is entitled to a complete refund with no questions asked.
To be fair, we would rather refund your money than make you dissatisfied if the plugin does not live up to expectations. To request a refund, just fill out the form or submit it by email.
Our refund policy is no-questions-asked, which means you do not need to explain why you want to stop using the plugin. If you request a refund, your license key will be disabled, and you will no longer be able to get automatic plugin updates. The option to download the plugin files will be disabled as well.
In order to prevent abuse of the refund policy, license server records associated with your license key may be checked after a refund request. Please keep in mind that uninstalling the plugin is required in order to qualify for a refund.
In most cases, your request will be processed within a few hours, but in exceptional cases, it may take up to 48 hours.
