The scope of, and the terms and conditions under which PermalinkManager.pro delivers, the Services, including the scope of mutual rights and obligations arising from the Agreements entered into by PermalinkManager.pro with the Customer are hereby set forth in these Terms of Services.
PermalinkManager.Pro is a non-exclusive digital product offered by “Bismit Maciej Bis” (hereinafter “PermalinkManager.Pro”).
The subject matter of the Agreement consists in:
- the identification of the means of communication between the Customer and
- technical support & access to the software updates
Intellectual property rights, licence & plugin usage
“Bismit Maciej Bis” is the exclusive owner of certain intellectual property known as “Permalink Manager Lite” and “Permalink Manager Pro”.
All title and copyrights in and to the Software Product, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software Product are owned by the Author of this Software. The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software Product like any other copyrighted material.
Licence keys & payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The licence key shall be delivered with order confirmation email message after the payment is completed. The obtained licence key is non-exclusive and cannot be sold or sublicensed to third parties.
You are allowed to use the licence key only on the number of websites corresponding to the license variant you bought. Furthermore, any attempt to distribute the plugin files publicly, such as on GPL marketplace websites or any other public platform, will result in the immediate deactivation of your license key.
We strictly prohibit the public distribution of our plugin files, and any violation of this provision will be considered a breach of our terms of service.
Support services and bugs reporting
“Permalink Manager Pro” and “Permalink Manager Lite” are offered “as is” and PermalinkManager.pro cannot guarantee that they will work correctly with your WordPress environment (server configuration) and will be compatible with plugins and/or theme used in your WordPress instance. Furthermore, PermalinkManager.pro shall not offer any support services for third party WordPress plugins or themes.
Technical support is provided exclusively to customers who have purchased the plugin and possess a valid license key. Third parties cannot be granted access to technical support. However, owners of the "Multi-domain" license key are permitted to offer their end users access to the plugin updates.
Refund policy
Refunds can be requested during the first 30-days after a purchase, entitling the requester to a full refund without the need for explanations. In order to be eligible for a refund, the plugin must be uninstalled.
To start a refund, fill out the form on the "Refunds" page or send an email to contact@permalinkmanager.pro. The refund policy is no-questions-asked, so there is no need to submit reasons for discontinuing plugin usage.
Upon refund request, the license key will be deactivated, disabling automatic plugin updates and the ability to download plugin files. To avoid abuse of the refund policy, licensing server records related to the license key may be checked following a refund request.
While most refund claims are granted within a few hours, unusual circumstances may take up to 48 hours to process.
Liability and exclusion clauses
PermalinkManager.pro is offered without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied and shall not be liable for any damages incurred in result or in connection with the usage of “Permalink Manager Pro” or “Permalink Manager Lite” plugins or in connection with payment and checkout process completed.
Any liability of PermalinkManager.pro against third parties connected with performance of the Agreement for the client is hereby excluded, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
No Warranties. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software Product. The Software Product and any related documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software Product remains with you.
No Liability for Damages. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
PermalinkManager.pro shall not be liable for non ‐ performance or improper performance of services, resulting from the provision by the Customer as well as persons authorized to act on behalf of the Customer or acting upon the Customer’s order, of untrue, unreliable or inaccurate information.
Final provisions
The customer acknowledges that PermalinkManager.pro has the right to introduce changes in the Rules or Privacy Policy at any time.
