If you encounter compatibility issues or the plugin simply does not meet your needs, we are happy to offer a refund. To request it, please fill out the form or send the email directly to contact@permalinkmanager.pro.
You do not need to provide a reason to receive a refund. However, please note that you must uninstall the plugin to be eligible for a refund. We verify license server records to confirm the plugin’s deactivation to prevent abuse.
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be disabled, and you will no longer receive updates or be able to download the plugin files.
Your request will be processed as soon as possible, but in exceptional cases, it may take up to 3 working days.
